Breakfast banana split recipe

Breakfast banana splits are perfect for adults and children, for breakfast or brunch. 

You can double up the recipe to make it a meal. 

Breakfast Banana Splits

2 Bananas, peeled, sliced in half length wise, then each half cut in half (8 pieces total)
1 8oz. container of yogurt, any flavor
8 Tablespoons of strawberry or blueberry pie filling (or both)
8 Tablespoons of crushed pineapple
8 Tablespoons of granola, recipe below or use Nature Valley crunchy granola bars

In a small bowl, add 2 pieces of banana.
Place a dollop of yogurt over the bananas.
Put 2 tablespoons of pie filling over yogurt in each bowl.
Then add 2 tablespoons of pineapple over the pie filling.
Finish each bowl with 2 tablespoons of granola.

This recipe serves 4 people.
