White Chocolate Pumpkin Cake Bars

1 cup flour
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup pumpkin puree, canned
1 cup white chocolate chips 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Line 8x8 baking dish with no-stick foil.
Into bowl of a stand mixer, add: egg, oil, and sugars.
Mix on medium speed until combined. 
Add pumpkin and mix well, scraping down sides if needed. 
Add flours, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well and scrape if needed.
Add chips and mix until combined. 
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, until center is baked through. 

To make your own 1/2 cup of self rising flour:
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt

Whisk or sift to combine evenly.
