Here is a delicious no-bake candy recipe to celebrate Christmas in July!
Christmas Bark
16 ounces (2 cups) semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, mixed
1 box Andes peppermint candies (red and white variety)
8 mini peppermint patties
Sprinkles: optional
Line a small, 9x12 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Unwrap and chop candies.
Melt chips in microwave, 1 minute, stir, 30 seconds, stir.
Spread over prepared pan.
Sprinkle with candy.
Press in lightly.
Add sprinkles if using. Press in lightly.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Break or cut into pieces.
Store airtight in fridge.
