Stuffed bread rolls... addictive!

Cinnamon raisin rolls

Warning: bread rolls are addictive! I make all 3 rolls and they are gone withing 2 days! Bread rolls are perfect for those who have yet to attempt making bread.

Bread Rolls

1 package of active dry yeast

1 cup of warm water

1 cup of milk

3 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons of butter

5 cups of all-purpose flour

Pour yeast into 1 cup of warm water until it is dissolved
(make sure water is not hot, or it will de-activate the yeast).
Heat milk and pour into a mixing bowl, add sugar, salt & butter.
Stir in dissolved yeast.
Add 3 cups of flour and beat for about 5 minutes.
Slowly add the remaining 2 cups of flour to form soft dough.
Knead in the bowl for a few minutes.
Spray underneath dough with butter spray, then spray the top of the
dough as well.
Cover with a fresh kitchen towel and let it rise about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 3 equal portions.
Roll out each portion on a floured surface one at a time.
(Place a sheet of wax paper on top of the dough when rolling to
prevent sticking)

After it is rolled flat, add the following:

Pizza Bread Roll

1/2 package of pepperoni

1/2 package of cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 package of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cheese rolls

Cheese Bread Roll

1/2 package of cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 package of mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cinnamon Raisin Bread Roll

Spray dough with butter spray then add:

4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup raisins

Mix my cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl and thoroughly coat
the dough with the mixture.
Top with raisins.

Each time you roll out the dough and add the ingredients to it,
start at one end and roll the dough
into a log.
Place it on your cookie sheet.
After you roll each one, and they are all placed side by side on your
cookie sheet, spray each roll with butter spray.
Bake in a 375° preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Slice while warm (not hot). Place your sliced bread rolls in a large
airtight container for later consumption.
They will last up to 3 days if stored airtight.
Best if eaten warm.

You can also make sausage and cheese bread rolls!
Just cook the sausage before baking the bread rolls.
