I make these every Christmas! So, as my part of Christmas in July, I whipped up a batch for my YouTube channel!
12 ounces of walnut halves
1 cup sugar
1.5 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg white
1 tsp salt
2 tsp water
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a half sheet sized cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In gallon sized zip top bag, add egg white, vanilla, and water.
Add nuts, seal and shake to coat.
Add sugar, cinnamon, and salt, seal and shake to coat.
Spread in a single layer into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour - stirring and turning the pan every 15 minutes
Cool and store airtight.
