Homemade chocolates are perfect for any Holiday!
Here are 3 of my favorites:
Vanilla Chai
Dark Chocolate Latte
And
Peanut Butter Cups
Vanilla Chai Chocolates
1 cup white vanilla disks
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/8 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
Place disks in double boiler.
Add spices.
Melt disks. Stirring constantly.
Spoon into mold when melted.
Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Remove from molds.
Store airtight on the counter or in the fridge.
Dark Chocolate Coffee
1 bag of milk chocolate flavored disks
4-5 teaspoons instant coffee granules
Melt chocolate disks in a double broiler.
Add coffee granules to melted disks.
Spoon mixture into molds.
Refrigerate 20 minutes or until hardened.
Remove from molds.
Peanut Butter Cups
1 package of Almond Bark
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until completely combined.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Add melted chocolate to mold, just enough to coat.
Add a small disk of filling on top of coated mold.
Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Remove from mold.
Store air tight on the counter or in the fridge.
