Pumpkin. Spice. Oreo.
I would have to say.....yes! I was picking up a few items at Lowe's Food the other day and ran across these spicy gems. They are not listed on their website, but they were definitely in the store.
If you like pumpkin spice flavoring, you will enjoy these cookies. Are the regular chocolate Oreo's with white cream filling better? Yes. The original is definitely my fave. But, these are worth a treat!
I think using these to make Oreo truffles with white chocolate icing would be amazing...

Pumpkin Spice Oreo Truffles
- 1 package Pumpkin Spice Oreos
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces white chocolate disks, melted
Process the Oreos in a food processor or blender, until
crumbs are formed.
If you don't have either, place them into a plastic zip-top bag and beat and roll with rolling pin until crumbs are formed.
Mix Oreo crumbs with the cream cheese until combined.
Mix
with mixer or by hand with a wooden spoon.
Roll into balls.
Place balls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets.
Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate melts in a double boiler on the stove.
To make one, fill a pot with water and place a glass bowl
over the pot. This will allow the steam to melt the chocolate without burning
it.
Dip balls in chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm.
Store airtight in refrigerator.
Optional: sprinkle with ground cinnamon after dipping into melted chocolate but before refrigerating.
