Quick and comforting corn salad



I was in the mood for a corn salad one day, so I came up with this recipe. It was so good! I ate it all and made another one the next day! We like to use organic food whenever possible, always corn!

Corn Salad

  • 1 package (frozen), whole kernel, yellow corn, cooked
  • 1 tomato, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 tbsp. mayo
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together, chill and enjoy!
You could also add chopped onion and cucumber if you would like to.
