Chocolate mousse pie and a baking tip from yours truly



Looking for a quick chocolate fix? Look no further…this pie is filled with chocolate yumminess! Since it is of the no-bake variety, no need to crank up the oven to be able to enjoy this one.







Chocolate Mousse Pie

  • 4 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can, sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 ready-made chocolate graham pie crust *


Mix melted chocolate with milk and vanilla until blended.
Chill 15 minutes until cool. Stir until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crust.
Chill for 3 hours or more.

*A regular graham crust can also be used for this recipe. 

Tip: No bake pies as well as cheesecakes and many other baked pies are best after being in the fridge overnight. It allows the goods to settle and the flavors to melt together.
